Multi Coating BioClean is a water-dilutable concentrate that removes moss, mould, green growth, algae and other microorganisms from all washable surfaces. Good penetration and active ingredients mean the product works right into the substrate, not just on top of it.
The treatment also helps improve air quality where it is used, by removing allergy-causing mould and other microorganisms. BioClean can be used both indoors and outdoors.
The product can be rinsed off after a short dwell time, or left to act over time. Rainfall then does the work of washing away the broken-down impurities, and the result appears gradually without any mechanical work. BioClean does not damage painted surfaces.

Application guide
What you need
- BioClean
- Low-pressure sprayer, brush or roller
- Scrubbing brush where needed
- Gloves, safety goggles and suitable protective equipment
- Water for rinsing where needed
- Covering sheets for plants and delicate materials
Before you start
Remove loose dirt, moss and other loose material.
Protect plants, glass, metal and other nearby surfaces that are not to be treated.
Ensure good ventilation when used indoors.
Important limitations
- Do not mix the product with other cleaning agents.
- Avoid applying in direct sunlight or to a very hot surface.
How to apply
- Remove loose dirt and growth.
- Dilute the product if the label or technical data sheet says to.
- Apply BioClean evenly to the area concerned.
- Let the product work for the recommended time.
- Work the area with a brush if needed.
- Rinse or finish the surface according to the product instructions.
- Repeat the treatment where growth is heavy or long-standing.
- Let the surface dry before any further treatment.
Important to remember
- Protect plants and surrounding materials.
- Wear safety goggles when working above shoulder height.
- Test the product on a small area first.
